2. Planning & Budgeting
Once you decide to move forward, we create a customised plan and budget. We build a timeline, shortlist vendors and prepare a cost forecast for each event. You’ll receive access to our planning tools—moodboards, ceremony visualisers and checklists—to collaborate with your family.
3. Shopping & Customisation
Our shopping concierge sources outfits, jewellery and décor to suit your vision. We organise virtual appointments with designers and send digital swatches. 4. Coordination & Logistics
We finalise vendor contracts, schedule deliveries and coordinate the logistics for each event. Whether you’re hosting guests across continents or combining religious traditions, we manage rehearsal schedules, décor set‑up and on‑site coordination so your day runs smoothly.
5. Celebrate & Support
On your wedding day, you’ll be fully present. We remain on call for any last‑minute needs, oversee vendor performance and support your family. After the celebration we follow up to ensure everything met your expectations and collect feedback to continuously improve our services.
