We want you to feel confident and joyful in your wedding attire. If something isn’t right, our return and exchange policy is here to help.

Ready‑to‑Ship Items

You may return unworn, unaltered ready‑to‑ship items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@myshaadidreams.com within the 7‑day window. We will provide you with a return authorisation and shipping instructions. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Custom & Made‑to‑Order Items

Custom and made‑to‑order pieces are crafted just for you and are therefore non‑returnable. However, our Fit Insurance covers one alteration credit of up to $75 at a local tailor. If the garment is off by more than one full size due to our error, we will remake it at no additional cost.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour of a ready‑to‑ship item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. We will provide a prepaid return label for the original item and ship the replacement once we receive and inspect the original.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange repair, replacement or refund depending on the severity of the defect.
